274 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if her Department has established the ownership of a property (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if the State will acquire the property; and when work will be carried out on the building. [14162/98]

Investigations to estabgations and the acquisition of the property by the State, it will not be possible to undertake work on the property.
