355 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education and Science when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a second payment under the transnational aqua student placement scheme in view of the fact that the payment was due in February 1998. [15121/98]
This does not come under my remit as the transnational aqua student placement scheme falls under the Leonardo Da Vinci programme which is under the auspices of the European Commission.
However, I have made inquiries and the position is that the second tranche of payments will issue to relevant students next week.
