87 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has satisfied himself that his Department and all agencies under his auspices are using licensed software only; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15373/98]
I am satisfied that my Department does not use unlicensed software. While licensing arrangements for software used by bodies under the aegis of my Department are matters for the authorities concerned and the relevant software providers, I have no indication that unlicensed software is used by these bodies.
