174 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Defence if he will provide funding for alternative suitable accommodation for the FCA unit in Granard, County Longford, in view of the fact that the existing accommodation, which was erected in 1959 with a life span of 15 years, is in a dilapidated state; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application has been received from the military authorities to rent alternative premises at Granard, County Longford, for FCA training purposes. The application is under consideration at present.
