237 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the steps, if any, he will take to have the Land Commission reply to queries furnished by the Land Registry some time ago in relation to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in view of the fact that this is an application for registration on foot of a Land Commission schedule. There is no evidence of receipt in my Department of a query from the Land Registry in this case. However, officials from my Department are now in contact with the Land Registry with a view to resolution of the matter as soon as possible.
