238 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the area aid section of his Department will be satisfied with documentation supplied which verifies the exact holding for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the fact that ongoing delay is causing him anxiety and financial hardship. The applicant declared an area of 78.88 hectares on his 1997 area aid application. This area has been fully digitised and an overclaim exists on the area claimed. Penalties have been imposed accordingly and payments will issue on the reduced area.
