Question:

438 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Education and Science if funding will be available to a second level school (details supplied) in County Limerick in 1998; the stage of development of the project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15670/98]

Architectural planning for an extension to the school in County Limerick is at Stage 5 i.e. detailed design/contract documents of my Department's design team procedures.

My Department is awaiting a submission by the school's design team.

The question of funding will be considered when the remaining stages of architectural planning have been successfully completed.
