John Perry
Question:167 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans, if any, he has in place for the new five teacher school in Collooney, County Sligo, in view of the fact that the site map has been forwarded to the Department and the present facility in Collooney is totally inadequate and is the only co-education area in the diocese of Achonry; when the inspection of the proposed site for the new school will be carried out; the timescale for the project; if his attention has been drawn to the urgency of the matter and the projected amalgamation of the boys and girls schools; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
