107 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Finance the proposals, if any, he has to modify the criteria laid down for assessment of applications for a medical certificate under the Disabled Drivers and Disabled Passengers (Tax Concessions) Regulations, 1994; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
