333 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the total cost of each issue of ELG News; whether it is the policy of his Department to issue this publication on recycled paper; if it is the policy of his Department to contract out the journalism and design work involved in the production of the publication; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The total cost of each of the first two issues of ELG News was £5,550.27 and £5,888 respectively for print runs of 7,000 and 8,000. In common with all Department publications, ELG News is printed on recycled paper. The newsletter is compiled and edited by my Department, printed by the Government Supplies Agency, and designed by an outside consultant.
