I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for First Registration which was lodged on 5 May 1998. Queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 14 September 1998 and replies are awaited. This matter cannot proceed further until the queries raised are satisfactorily discharged.
