I move:
That it is expedient to make provision allowing for the making of regulations by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment prescribing the fees to be paid, by such class or classes of persons as may be prescribed in the regulations, to a competent authority appointed by the Minister to perform the functions conferred on such authorities by any Act of the present session to enable effect to be given to the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road and other related matters.
