31 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the number and nature of each ministerial order signed by her since her appointment; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19690/98]

Ministerial orders which I have signed, in the exercise of my statutory responsibilities, since my appointment are set out as follows:

Orders relating to Wildlife

Declarations under Regulations 3(1) (a) and (b) of the European Communities (Wildlife Act, 1976) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 (S. I. No. 254 of 1986), to allow control of certain wild bird species throughout Munster, Leinster, Connacht and the counties Cavan, Donegal and Monaghan, and the control of species representing a threat to Air Safety.
