208 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when an income tax rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford in view of the fact that all the necessary data has been submitted; and if this payment will be expedited. [20291/98]
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the Inspector of Taxes has not received the full information which he needs to compute the amount of the refund which may be due to the taxpayer. When the additional information is received the matter will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
