275 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when approval will be granted to Cork County Council for Ballylicky sewerage scheme in view of the fact that the preliminary report was forwarded to his Department by the council on 5 May 1992. [20483/98]

Given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage services investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve this preliminary report.
