Written Answers. - Crime Victims Charter.
A new charter for the victims of crime is being prepared at present by my Department. The production of the charter will require extensive consultations with various bodies and agencies involved in the criminal justice system. These consultations are under way at present and it is hoped that the charter will be pubished in early 1999.
