Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the proposals, if any, he has to deal with the anomaly whereby seasonal workers are debarred from claiming maternity benefit; if his attention has been drawn to the seriousness of the anomaly; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
