178 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Education and Science whether he will accede to a request by a school (details supplied) in County Waterford to advertise for suitable contractors pending completion of stages four and five of the development in order to minimise any delay in commencement. The school in question has applied to my Department for sanction to pre-qualify contractors for the building project at the school. This application is currently being considered and my Department will be in contact with school management shortly.
