138 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 297 of 20 October 1998 regarding the case of hearing loss of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, she will arrange for the matter to be processed by her legal advisers without further delay in view of the reply from CIE.
