174 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the capital projects involving funding from his Department scheduled to commence in the Waterford constituency in 1999; the estimated expenditure in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25054/98]

I inform the Deputy that there are no capital projects involving funding from my Department scheduled to commence in the Waterford constituency in 1999 at present.
