198 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will publish the final report, when he receives it, of the interim review group chaired by Professor Dervilla Donnelly in relation to awarding powers for degrees, certificates and diplomas; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The interim review group chaired by Professor Dervilla Donnelly was set up to advise me on which institutes of technology should have the delegated authority, within a national qualification framework, to award their own qualifications. While it is not my intention to publish this report for distribution and sale, it will be made available through my Department when it is received.
