I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, Financial Motions Nos. 1 to 4, inclusive, shall be moved and grouped together in accordance with the following schedule for the purpose of debate and the proceedings thereon and on any amendments thereto, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in the case of each resolution after being debated for not longer than the times indicated as follows: Resolution No. 1 — 1 hour; Resolution No. 2 — 15 minutes; Resolutions Nos. 3 and 4 — 1 hour.
