The person named applied on 33 animals under the 1998 cattle headage scheme. At an inspection on 27 July 1998, one of the animals applied on was absent. The person named has been informed by my Department and he will receive a reduced payment under this scheme and this decision is under appeal at present. Pending the result of the appeal, the reduced payment will issue within the next 14 days.
