Nora Owen

Question:

246 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when grants will be paid to a company (details supplied) as a portion of the approved grant is outstanding. [27828/98]

The company has lodged a claim for the payment of grant-aid awarded under the FEOGA marketing and processing scheme. The claim is currently being processed and payment will be made as soon as this has been completed.

Question:

247 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when an installation aid grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [27842/98]

The grant in this case will be paid within the next two weeks.

John Perry

Question:

249 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 260 of 3 November 1998, area aid problems will be resolved for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; if 1998 cattle headage will be released in view of the fact that the documentation has been forwarded; if the area aid unit will directly contact him to resolve any difficulties; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27884/98]

The area aid application for the person named is currently being finalised. When this has been completed any outstanding payments due will issue as soon as possible.
