330 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if a site has been selected in County Mayo for the location of a MOT testing centre; if so, if he will give details in this regard; and, if not, if the site owned by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo which was recently examined will be considered. The location of test centres is the responsibility of the National Car Testing Service with whom a ten year contract for the operation of car testing has been signed today. Details of test centre locations have been announced by the National Car Testing Service in a statement which I will have placed in the Oireachtas Library.
