The area aid application for the person named has been processed. He declared a forage area of 49.29 hectares, but the area found from the digitising process was 48.40 hectares and any livestock payments due will be based on an area of 48.40 hectares.

As the area claimed exceeds the area found by more than 20 per cent, no payment of area linked aid can be made in accordance with Regulation 3887/92.
