I move:
That it is expedient to make provision for the charging of fees in respect of licences deemed to be aquaculture licences under any Act of the present session to amend and extend the Fisheries Acts, 1959 to 1997, the Foreshore Act, 1933, and the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968, and to provide for connected matters, or under section 75 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1997."
