Vol. 499 No. 1

Written Answers. - Departmental Properties.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

154 Mr. J. Durkan asked the Taoiseach if, in relation to lands, properties, stocks or other valuables disposed by his Department since coming into office, he will outline to whom these were disposed and whether by tender, sale or other means; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2237/99]

The Department of the Taoiseach does not own any land or properties – Government Buildings, for instance, is vested in the Office of Public Works. There were no stocks or valuables disposed of in 1998.
