421 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo has not received livestock payments. [1828/99]

The person named did not submit sufficient maps with his 1998 area aid application form. My Department has issued further maps in order to resolve this matter.

422 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when cattle headage will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [1829/99]

The area aid application for the person named has been processed. Payment in respect of cattle headage will issue as soon as possible.

423 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when cattle and sheep headage will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [1830/99]

A query arose in relation to a plot of land that was overlapping with another herdowner's holding. Maps issued to the herdowners concerned and the query was resolved. The area aid application for the person named is now being finalised. Payment in respect of cattle headage and sheep headage will issue as soon as possible.
