Question:

779 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands if, in relation to lands, properties, stocks or other valuables disposed by her Department since coming into office, she will outline to whom these were disposed and whether by tender, sale or other means; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2268/99]

Apart from the sale of the freehold interest in two properties, for sums of £75 and £500 respectively, by the waterways division of Dúchas, my Departments heritage service, no lands, properties, stocks or other valuables have been disposed of by my Department since my appointment as Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands.
