Question:946 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the transfer of land to Kerry County Council for the purpose of social housing in Kenmare, County Kerry. [1388/99]
Written Answers. - Sale of Land.
The position is that the Chief State Solicitor's Office is preparing the contract documents for the sale of a portion of my Department's lands at Kenmare community school and when these have been finalised, they will be forwarded to Kerry County Council for execution by their legal advisers.
