I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland concerning mutual assistance in relation to criminal matters, done at Dublin on 26 November, 1998, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 1 December, 1998.
