196 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding the application by the Mid-Western Health Board and the Mental Health Association for the use of the old labour exchange building in Cecil Street, Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3263/99]

The Office of Public Works is considering the proposal that the premises at Cecil Street, Limerick be used by the Mid-Western Health Board, MWHB. Arrangements are being made for the MWHB to inspect the premises.
