149 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if persons (details supplied) in County Wexford will be paid full area aid and set aside payments as soon as possible in view of the fact that the issues in question have been resolved. [3875/99]
Payments have issued to the first named person.
The second named person was a first time applicant in 1998. Processing was dependent on the applicant having a herd number. She was notified by ERAD on 13 February 1999 that a herd number had issued in her name. This has allowed the processing of her area aid application. Any payments due will issue as soon as possible.
150 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will pay a REP scheme grant to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [3876/99]
A payment dated 8 February 1999 has issued to the person concerned.
