201 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science the proposals, if any, there are for the development in 1999 of the recent major land acquisition by Waterford Institute of Technology; the proposals, if any, there are for its development over the coming five year period; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is awaiting the submission of a feasibility study of the additional lands recently purchased by the institute. When the study has been received and considered by my Department, a development plan will be prepared and a five year implementation programme will be agreed with the institute for the development of the lands.
