Health (Eastern Regional Health Authority) Bill, 1998: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of an Authority to be known as the Eastern Regional Health Authority, three boards to be known respectively as the Northern Area Health Board, the East Coast Area Health Board and the South-Western Area Health Board and an executive to be known as the Health Boards Executive and to define their functions, to provide for the dissolution of the Eastern Health Board and to amend the Health Act, 1970, the Health (Amendment) (No. 3) Act, 1996, and to amend section 6 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961, and certain other enactments and to provide for related matters.

I move: "That Second Stage be taken now."
