56 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will give details of the purpose and cost of any research on public opinion undertaken in his Department in 1998; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4672/99]
In answer to the Deputy's question, my Department as part of its commitment to a quality customer service introduced in 1998 a customer service comment card. The purpose of this card is to allow the public to comment on the quality of service they have experienced in their dealings with the Department. The cost of designing and producing these cards in 1998 is £2,262.70.
