I move:
THAT provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for—
(a) amending the Heading "CONVEYANCE or TRANSFER on sale of any property other than stocks or marketable securities or a policy of insurance or a policy of life insurance" (as inserted by the Finance Act, 1997), and the Heading "LEASE" (as amended by the Finance Act, 1997) in the First Schedule to the Stamp Act, 1891, and
(b) amending section 114 of the Finance Act, 1990,
in the manner and to the extent specified in the Act so giving effect.
