57 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a district electoral division (details supplied) in County Cork was not included in the original fodder scheme when all surrounding district electoral divisions were; and if all farmers in this region will benefit under the revised scheme. The district electoral division (details supplied) has been included in the 1998 fodder scheme. Payment to those qualifying will be made as soon as possible. They will also receive the top-up payment of 50 per cent in respect of the 1999 fodder scheme.
