Vol. 501 No. 6

Written Answers. - Tax Allowances.

John McGuinness

Question:

216 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Finance if his Department will investigate the tax free allowances granted to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow to verify if it is correct and takes into account all of his personal circumstances. [7108/99]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the information available to the inspector of taxes indicates that the taxpayer is in receipt of all the tax free allowances to which he is entitled.
