175 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the procedure whereby a local community group (details supplied) in County Wexford can seek to use a disused and vacant part of a Garda station; and if approval will be given to this request. [7348/99]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the group in question should submit an application to the superintendent at Enniscorthy Garda station, detailing the proposed use, the area of the building required, the period required and insurance cover to enable the matter to be further considered.
