50 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether participation by members of a paramilitary organisation in an armed bank raid would constitute a breach of its ceasefire within his understanding of the Good Friday Agreement; and the standard of evidence he would need before drawing such a conclusion.
