115 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of a submission lodged with the planning section of his Department on 17 February 1999 regarding Elphin vocational school; when his Department will make a decision on this submission; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application for additional accommodation at Elphin vocational school has recently been received in the planning and building unit of my Department. This request is being examined in terms of enrolments future viability and cost implications within my Department. In order to assist in this examination, County Roscommon VEC has been requested to complete a Form STI.
