Ahern asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if he will report on representations made to him in relation to a sports club (details supplied) in Dublin 11 which has financial difficulties; if he will report progress following examination of the case made to him; if he has made available advice or officials from his Department to examine the matter with the club; if recommendations have been agreed; if funding will be made available under the grants and sports section, youth facilities and services fund, or any other source of fund; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
