Postal and Telecommunications Services (Amendment) Bill, 1998: Motion.

I move:

That it be an instruction to the Committee to which the Postal and Telecommunications Services (Amendment) Bill, 1998, may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments that it has the power to make provision in the Bill in relation to the amendment of the Post Office (Amendment) Act, 1951, the Broadcasting and Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1988, and the Interception of Postal Packets and Telecommunications Messages (Regulation) Act, 1993, and the further amendment of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act, 1983.
