I propose to take Questions Nos. 63 and 146 together.

I am advised by the military authorities that the number of personnel recruited into An Fórsa Cosanta Áitiúil from 1 January 1999 to date is 295. I am also advised by the military authorities that the number of personnel recruited into the FCÁ over the past five years was as follows: 1994, 2,876; 1995, 2,443; 1996, 2,278; 1997, 1,901; 1998, 2,145.
The current strength of the FCÁ is 13,675.
