Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Quinn – the estimated cost, the closing date for tenders and the starting date for commencement of work on St. Matthew's national school, Irishtown, Dublin 4; (2) Deputy Rabbitte – the subject matter of Parliamentary Question No. 485 of 20 April relating to the failure to notify a prisoner that his application for a writ of habeas corpus had been heard and rejected by the High Court; (3) Deputy Hayes – the abolition of ground rent and the failure to introduce legislation in this matter. The matters raised by the Deputies have been selected for discussion.
