198 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 356 of 20 April 1999, he has received the consultant's final report on adoption assessment procedures; and, if so, when he will publish this report. [12239/99]

I received the consultancy report on assessment procedures in inter-country adoption on the 28 April 1999. The report will be submitted to Government in the near future and on receipt of a Government decision in the matter, I intend to have the report published as soon as possible.
