243 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if Land Registry has received an application for registration of lands from a person (details supplied) in County Offaly; if the application will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12078/99]

I am informed by the registrar of titles that this registration was completed on 24 February 1999. I am further informed that a land certificate was requisitioned and issued on 6 May 1999.
