113 Ms Coughlan asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will provide the necessary funding to rebuild a slipway at Killybegs, County Donegal, in order to facilitate the launch of the Irish marine emergency services rescue boat; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The construction of a new roadway at Killybegs some years ago made the slipway in question unserviceable, and my Department is liaising with Donegal County Council on arrangements for the provision of a new slipway. The necessary preliminary site investigation works funded jointly by my Department and the local authority are being carried out at present.
